Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Urope.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We will cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
If the return is not our fault, original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

🛑 We do not issue refunds if the color of the product is not what you expected. Color preferences are subjective and may appear different depending on your screen.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with returns are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at nico@urope.us so we can assist you.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Digital Products

Refunds are not available for digital products once they are delivered. If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us for assistance.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders

Urope is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong apartment number, street name, or ZIP code).
Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.
