Our two main types of jumpropes are Beaded ropes and Speed ropes. While they both have their unique features and benefits, check them out individually to see their differences.
We also have a new addition to our collection - a competition jumprope, known as the Urope WOD. It's specific to Crossfit and competition workouts, and is available now.
Consider your fitness goals and preferences. While Speed ropes are great for high-speed workouts and intense footwork, Beaded ropes are created for you to learn complex tricks (such as Releases) easily. They're both very effective for fat burning.
Our Dancerope course is available in the Urope Home page.
Our course consists of over 15 jumprope moves, more than 4 mini-sequences, and much more, for you to get into the world of Dancerope. The course is narrated in Spanish, and has English subtitles.
As a beginner, your handles should reach your chest-level as you step on the middle of the rope. As you get better, you should cut your rope shorter, until it reaches the lower section of your abdomen.
Either way, our ropes come with instructions for step-by-step guidance on adjusting the length to your preferred size, for both Beaded and Speed jumpropes.
